I have tried reading a number of books of a similar nature to this one but I have really connected with this book. I am enjoying going back over sections and highlighting certain parts of the book to draw strength from. The insights in the book and helpful, inspirational and exactly what a lot of people need at the moment. I found the book to also be comforting and it will definitely be a source of inspiration for me over the coming months and years. I hope that other readers have found the same with this book and find it useful in their journey. It is beautifully written in a way that is memorable and makes it easy to understand and it is broken down into bitesize sections which I also like. I have already recommended this books to friends and family and discussed it with them. They have also found it useful and will continue to read and draw inspiration from.
