Good sense
Really good reminder of the basics of a healthy life, without taking itself too seriously or being unrealistic.
Covers a broad range of health-related topics - I found the aspects on diet and nutrition in particular to be the most informative, as I think we all grow up with such a random mix of myth and science on nutrition. This book was a good base for building a healthy meal plan.
I liked the elements that also covered mental health, as I strongly believe that physical and psychological health are very inter-linked. But it wasn't too hippy dippy, if you know what I mean.
Overall, a great all rounder for someone looking for a bit of a reset, albeit there was nothing dramatically new or game-changing for me. I read it in January which was the ideal time of year for thinking about health and wellbeing, just at the moment you need a refreshing blast of health!
