I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.

The writing style is incredibly easy to understand, and Dr Richard Pile truly feels like a friend offering kind advice, rather than a doctor. With the book touching on topics such as exercise, sleep, and nutrition, I am sure that everyone will have an interest in at least one chapter, and how it can have a positive influence on their life.

Obviously, it was not as gripping as some of my more preferred genres, as it is a self-help book, but considering I would walk my dog, sit on the beach and read this book - it got me moving and in the fresh air, so it must be worth reading!

As I study psychology at university, I found myself interested in not only his focus on mental and physical health, but also spiritual health.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this book to a friend - though only is this is the sort of book for them!
