This was a really interesting read and I really enjoyed it. This is a great guide to improving our wellbeing written by Dr Richard Pile, who is a GP. He uses his own experience to give advice on how we can manage stress, sleep and making better eating choices. I have read similar books before but what sets this from other books is Dr Richard Pile's use on how his faith helps with his wellbeing and how he feels that faith could help others with their wellbeing. He uses passages from the Bible to help put his evidence across and I found this interesting and very unique to this type of self help book. Not everything I could say I agreed with but it did help me to think and focus on areas of my life I could improve. I'm not sure that the front cover will entice people to read the book but I would recommend this book and think people will find some help from it.
