I really do feel like I need this book in my life. The first look pages spoke to me on a whole different level to books similar that I have read before. I’m going through a really hard time at the moment and struggling with both overeating and depression (& a severe lack in exercise). I’m also questioning my spirituality. I was born a Christian but I lost faith a long time ago. I’m now trying to find the right path to lead me back to God.
This book seems to have everything I’d need. I love the fact that he calls you out for buying similar books and then leaving them on the bookshelf to get dusty. That’s exactly what I do and I don’t want to do it anymore. For a book like this to help, you’ve got to read it and take it all in. I’m so excited to get this book, whether it be via here, or buying it myself.
