I am a strong believer in understanding mental health and all things associated. When I saw a book addressing topics on well-being and health, I knew it was the perfect book to read.

It did not disappoint, the author is very thorough and describes some of his own challenges and experiences with modern medicine. As a doctor he has a lot of knowledge on the topic.

The importance of mental well-being is not discussed enough, the importance of sleep, food, movement. It is all essential to a happy daily life.

This is the type of book that allows you to open your eyes, and see what problems you are facing due to your choices. It allows you to make healthy adjustments to make the most out of your time.

I think this is a really good preview and everyone would benefit from having a read of this. It will open eyes to a lot of the older generations who doubt the concepts of mindfulness and mental well-being.
