Not the sort of book I usually read but so glad I did. This book has been really useful in making me think differently about life and the way we handle everyday situations. It takes a look at all of the elements of life from the way in which we sleep the exercises we do and our diets along with so much more insight. It’s well and truly opened my eyes to the way in which I get through my day and that the things in which I do things can change my perspective on the things I thought was important and the way my mind operates. He looks at the divides that are between our spiritual, mental and physical personas and the way in which the medical and faith aspects can make us be treated differently (some say mental health is in our head when others can say faith can heal you. If you like self help books this is one you must read, lots of useful and helpful information again I am so glad to of read it.
