The cover is very telling of what the book is about and does a great job of catching the readers eye.

From page one, the author manages to connect and relate with the reader which is very pleasant and reassuring as this isn't usually the book I tend to read but it immediately captured my attention.

It is a phenomenal introduction into health and wellbeing and is very informative throughout every chapter. They all are very helpful and aren't too difficult to understand.

Personally, my favourite chapter was the "sleep" chapter and I had no idea a single chapter could change and alter my life so much!

All in all, the author did a fantastic job at portraying the information in a relatable and captivating way and I have already leant my copy to somebody close to me and it's not very often I have an urge to share books but this was incredible not to.
