Now, I must admit I've never really been one for self help books, but this one intrigued me. The front cover seems to be quite relaxing and gives off the impression of complete and utter tranquility, which the book certainty seems to help with. Now, I'm not saying that this book will completely solve all of your problems, but it certainly gets you thinking about your life currently and small easily made adjustments to help boost your mental health, and quite honestly, your self confidence! One thing that I did enjoy is how the book was split up, it allowed me to quite easily find what I wanted to read when I wanted to read said section. I personally think the author has done quite a grand job, especially considering I've never much liked any health and fitness/self help books before, so if you're looking for a couple quick fixes, it might be for you!
