I won this book from Reader's first by writing my first impression.

This book is a non-fiction which gives the reader some tips on how to improve their health and wellbeing and how to live a more meaningful life. It is split into sections such as 'sleep' 'food' and 'movement', all offering tips on how how improve those aspects of your life.

I wanted to like this as it was out of my comfort zone because I don't usually read non-fiction, however I couldn't really get into it! I got about halfway through then put it down for a while and dipped in and out of it. I understand how this book could be helpful to some people, but I personally thought that some of the points were common knowledge, especially in the 'sleep' section, for example getting up and going to sleep at roughly the same time every day.

Overall, this would be good for people who enjoy non-fiction books about health but unfortunately it wasn't for me!
