I found this book was particularly useful to not only me but my family as well. I don’t usually read non-fiction books because they don’t particularly interest me as much as fiction books do. However when it comes to health and well-being I am curious to understand more about how I should be treating my body. And I found that this book was useful for that particularly the tips regarding on how to sleep better, which helped both me and my mum. As someone that doesn’t read much nonfiction I found this book really helpful since it broke down the information into bullet points which were easy to read.
However, I did find that some of the information in the book was common knowledge that I either already knew or that could be easily found out by a quick google search. As previously mentioned I don’t particularly enjoy non fiction books therefore i did not rate it 5 stars.
