I am always a little cautious when reading books such as these, as so often health focused books can be focused on unsubstantiated research, personal testimonies and claims. I liked how from the very start of the book the author makes it very clear that this book will not change your life, nor will it go on your health journey for you. I also enjoyed the short and concise language used, making the book accessible to everyone.

This was also a book which is written from the perspective of a first person testimony, which on the one hand was a positive as it showed that, that which was written in the book would not be applicable to anyone, but I enjoyed the personal slant this gave the book.

I also thought that it was a positive that the idea of being 'fit' was not just viewed through a health and exercise lens, studying the impact of making positive wellness changes and the impact of wellness on your brain.
