An interesting read. The book explores several areas of health and well being.
I think because I have read many self help book; several of which specialised in one particular area, for example sleep, I found this book a bit too generic in it advice.
I liked the fact it covered many bases but felt as though it didn't go deep enough for me to make many changes if I was purely relying on this book.
I think it's a fantastic introduction into health and well being, but if you have read these types of books before it didn't specialise enough in my opinion.
It was interesting to have the Christian quotes throughout the book as it added its own dimensions to the book.
overall I would recommend this book to people who know very little about health and well being and it is certainly a good starting point, but if you're looking for something which explores these areas in more depth, I'd recommend looking at a more specialised approach.
