Surprised me
To be totally honest, I have to admit that this is the first nonfiction book that I've read. Full of information and facts and such an easy read. I enjoyed reading about making changes for better sleep. This has helped me with my mindset and how to think positively. Simply changes for a better life.
The style of writing is so easy to read and has so much personal experiences. I think that makes it easier to understand and relate.
Just reading this book makes you feel so positive and want to change a few things in your lifestyle. People are afraid of chances and reading a book like this will definitely give them the confidence and support they need.
Now that we are coming out of lockdown slowly, I think this book will definitely help a lot of people.
