Fit For Purpose is a surprisingly good book! I am not one for self help books, this is actually my first from the genre, but I found myself to really enjoy this book and it gave me a lot of useful information that I could see myself implementing into my own life. This book discusses, rather effectively I might add, the effects of our diet, level of exercise and general upkeep of our bodies on our well being both mental and physical. I believe that this is a hot button issue, with wellness being a focal point of many discussions in society today. I found the author brought a refreshing outlook on this issue and I really enjoyed the style of writing - it was accessible to everyone just as health should be accessible to everyone. On the whole, I found Fit For Purpose to be an enjoyable read and I would recommend it to fans of books such as Atomic Habits!
