I''ll start by saying that this is the first non-fiction self-help book that I have ever read and that I usually don't read these kind of books. I got interested in this book when I saw that it was about trying to have a better lifestyle and that it is meant to help you for your daily routines. I have to say that I found this VERY interesting and helpful as I can surely say that I learnt a lot of things I didn't know before that I still remember and put on my daily life. It has improved my sleeping, the way I eat and how I see my life. I hope that I don't sound too dramatic by saying these things but it has been very much of a help. This is because I keep in mind every day those things that I read and apply them to my life! Like the author said this book won't help you it self by reading it but by using it to take action! The only reason I'm taking a star out is because I feel like some of the information is general knowledge that you can find on the internet and because I wasn't interested in some parts.. But overall I think it really helped me!
