This isn't the type of book I usually pick up. I'm more of a fiction reader. However, the thing that caught my eye about this book was the link between wellness and mindfulness. All too often people focus on the physical and ignore the mental.
With tips and tricks that you can use in your daily life, the book provides you with easy to incorporate changed to our days.
The short paragraphs and subheadings make it easy to follow and simple to navigate. With a nice, simple writing style that doesn't feel forced or too technical, the author tells us what we need to know in an accessible way.
It is easy to see that the author is knowledgeable about this area of study and they share their information in a way that is completely motivating.
I do think that the book could have been condensed a little, as in places it feels a bit wordy and repetitive. However, this didn't detract from the experience.
