This book is a well researched and comprehensive wellbeing book.
Its split into parts looking at sleep, food, movement, the mind, connections and purpose.
It is written by a General Practitioner and there are parts of his his own life that are shared as examples to look at the themes.
This book is very detailed and includes lots of hints at looking at these areas and how to make changes. There are links to the author's Christian beliefs and links to other faiths,
Not my usual type of book, but readable and an alternative way to look at things. Felt it also needed some helpful tips on the subjects to help the long pages of discussion as this was difficult to read through at times. However, this is an aside and the book is still readable to anyone with an interest on the topic.
