This is a fantastic book with loft flaps for little ones to be involved in the reading process. The story is fun and uplifting and penguins are lovable anyway so featuring cute characters in a Christmas festive story has made this a firm favourite with my children!
There isn’t too much text which makes it an enjoyable book for my older daughter to read while my younger daughter could lift the flaps in the pictures involving both of my girls as we explored this book together.
My children thought the story itself was very enjoyable but the interaction was what they most liked about this compared to other books we have read together.
I would recommend this book to young families, more so those with early readers that need a little encouragement to find the fun in reading as this will help them to find fun writhing books that may otherwise not seem appealing.
