I was pleased to receive a copy of this book. My daughter loves lift the flap books. She also likes animals, so this was a winner for us. It is a beautifully written Children’s book, on the writing style of 5 little ducks. The illustrations in the book are lovely, it takes you through a great snowy scene as you join their mother looking for the mischievous little penguins. My daughter lives colourful books, she liked seeing what the penguins were getting up to as she lifted the flaps to find them: I thought this was a great winters themed Children’s book. I have a lot more to compare them with now that my daughter is much more into looking at books. My daughter is 2 and a half, but I think children up to about 4 would find this book good fun to read. It made a nice change to reading Peppa Pig lift the flap books! It is a bonus for anyone who likes penguins!
