This book was for my 4 year old daughter, she loves these kinds of books and rhymes and has to learn all of the words. She thought this one was brilliant, she loved how she knew the rhyme but then realised the words were different but she liked the idea that you can do that.
she told her nursery teachers all about the book and they even started changing there songs and rhymes to see if they could make up there own. The illustrations are great too, the child can then count the penguins too so that they don't forget what number they are on which helps them to feel involved if they are not at an age where they can read yet.if we were in a book shop I know that this would be a book that my daughter would pick up and choose and one that I would agree to buy for her. I am glad me and my daughter were giving the opportunity to have and read this book and would definitely recommend it
