This book is so beautiful and well designed, the flaps are secure and feel like they could withstand a lot of reads without coming loose or falling off. The artwork is stunning, each page really comes to life as you get through the story. The story, although one most of us will have heard before but adapted slightly is so much fun. I loved the rhyme as a child so seeing it revamped to share with the children in my life is incredible. My niece adores lift the flap books and I know this one will be a personal favourite for her, she loves penguins and will spend hours flicking back through the pages again and again, and this will be the new book carried around to everyone in the room to read with her. I highly recommend this book to anyone with children who love lift the flap books and it would be an amazing christmas treat for them this year. I loved it.
