when I tell you I have NEVER read a book as enthralling as this one!! This story is about three very complex characters Cassie, Raphael and the cherub who are very different people who find one another by fate which is not always a good thing, forming a frightening yet inspiring relationship built on vulnerability, trust, respect and acceptance each helping the other guide themselves through self-reckoning and the danger brought to them. his magnificent story pulls on the heartstrings of even the toughest of souls. This is an excellent structured story very much a poignant mystery novel. However I must say, the cover was what drew me in the most it could be inferred that the feather is the feather of the cherub as it was the key to the whole story, to begin with. I would love to hopefully win this book and read more into books like this and indulge in this marvellous masterpiece that Lucy Hope created.
