What drew me to Fledgling was its cover. It's beautiful, and really speaks of the enchanting nature of the book, more specifically the Bavarian woodland. While it seems to be aimed at younger readers, perhaps YA, it has still caught my attention as one to read. What could be better than a Gothic near-fantasy?
