this book so far seems very interesting and the text is easy to read and i feel a strange comfort when reading. i am excited to see the main character Cassie’s character development as well as the other main character Raphael. the mystery in this story keeps getting better and better. like i have so many questions and can’t wait for them to be answered! the connection that Cassie and the creature feel is strange and mysterious and i wonder whether that bird could possibly be her guardian angel? or maybe an ancient family member that passed away long ago. Cassie will have to do what her mother says in relation to the owls being removed, and i wonder what Cassie will do as she obviously has a very strong relationship and connection with the owls and as she mentions in the book they are better listeners than her mum has ever been. i wonder what she does with them and in conclusion this books is very exciting and i am ready to see what happens next!
