This is a reasonably well written novel about a group of friends who swore not to tell each other lies. One of the group dies leaving envelopes for each of those left, these envelopes contained secrets which he advised his friends no to keep to themselves. It is another book written to tell the story both in the past and present day. I don’t think this worked particularly well and is a concept I am not fond of.
I was hoping for more twists and turns in the storyline and the characters could have been developed further.
An okay read but I was disappointed in my expectations from the sample chapters and synopsis as I was looking forward to reading a more involved book.
Unfortunately not a novel to recommend to my friends.
