A female detective inspector, a brooding, atmospheric, Highland setting and, from the first impression, the promise of a well-written, tension filmed story .... what's not to like if you enjoy intelligent crime stories! I'm a huge fan of Ann Cleeves' "Vera" series so, as G.R. Halliday's debut novel seems promising, I think using my points to claim this as my free book will reap rewards!
