I always love a new detective series, and set in Scotland even better.its great to have a new female detective. It's got the sort of book cover that I will always pick up first, good strong plot and characters. It's a real page turner and a book that you won't be able to put down. The burp makes you wonder what happened to Robert a d you won't be able to put it down till you find out. It's good writing and hopefully the writer will be around for years to come. Its going to be a popular book that will fly off the shelf at a library or in a shop.i am really looking forward to the next one .if u love a good British detective then you are going to love this one,I know I do.pick it up now
