It felt like it could be the perfect TV show and every couple of chapters would be an episode on TV. I travel to the west coast a lot so it was interesting to hear the places. The book kept me guessing until the end but the end felt a bit rushed. The details of the murders gave me goosebumps and really lets you picture the scene. I loved that some of the chapters were really short as it allowed you to keep up with the pace of the book and read it like you were in the detectives thoughts. i would recommend this book to readers and i look forward to reading more from G. R. Halliday in the future. The book was dark and twisted and hearing about it all around such a beautiful area was spooky.
