When I first saw this book the name Gallowstree Lane somehow conjured a mental picture of a Victorian historical crime flavoured novel! What's in a name? Indeed! Having read the First Look nothing could be further from that skewed image! I had to laugh as I read '....you can’t control what
comes into your mind.'!
But this sounds like an exciting, if challenging contemporary, gang styled crime thriller which I'd very much like to read.
