Just finished reading this book.A real eyeopener into police investigations .This was a case in a London community where crime among the young gangs is rife.both gun and knife crime and the young gang members being controlled by older gang masters ,covering drugs and prostitution which is common on these streets among rival gangs and killings are quite common.A bit hard to get into the story to begin with but is well worth the effort as the story opens up with both the gang members and the police working on the case become familiar to you and you get an insight into the lives of both sides,and get to know about their lives and family stories and difficulties,which gives quite a look into their personnel life stories.
