Do like a British detective, book cover is one I'd go for straight away, characters good,and mostly likeable, strong plot,a real page turner, going to have a quene of people waiting at libraries for the book. Will be researching it author and will be getting more of her books out. It was a shame when it came to an end,it will be the sort of book that will have to be read in one sitting, good strong police characters and a good like at British legal system, nice big pages and nice and long story.the style of writing fabulous and makes you believe you are actually there and part of the team,most of the characters are likeable, and are like people we all know, would like a read it all,!!
