I had high hopes for this after reading the synopsis. The idea had me interested but the execution of it was not to my taste. I usually like the idea of it switching between different characters but it seemed messy in this extract. It feels like the characters aren't properly introduced, particularly the Sara and David part. There are a lot of characters so introductions and an understanding of who is who is essential. The content is not usually to my taste but had this extract been refined some more it may have drawn me in to read the rest of the book. I didn't like the front cover and it would not encourage me to pick this book up.
