I really want to read this book!! The first chapter reveals some kind of sleeper agent or victim, living a normal life for fifty years. Then a one word phone call changes her life. And she leaves her home for either some unknown mission or to flee for her life (I'm not sure which yet), leaving her husband dead in his armchair.
A bored cop is tracking assaults on prostitutes when an old friend informs her that a family friend has been murdered.
So what happens next? What is the background of the agent/victim? What is she expected to do at 70 years old? How is she so cold blooded as to murder her husband in the blink of an eye?
