I always love a good Scandi thriller or mystery. However, I found the language and writing style quite stilted at first (maybe due to the translation?) and it took me longer than usual to become immersed in the story. I think the story has potential though and would like the opportunity to follow it further. I also appreciated the fact that there were lots of strong female characters from the beginning of the book.
