My favourite thing is how well paced this book is. I love how it has your slow scenery moments but also throws you into action scenes. I also like the plot that we’ve see so far especially with how it shows the villain leading a normal life and your not expecting the sudden plot twist. I read the excerpt in 10 minutes or less because I couldn’t put it down.
I like how nicely things tie into the time gap mentioned with the excerpt mentioning that the stashed money was now invalid. It makes the story so much more realistic and gripping. My only issue was Sara's chapter as I felt really confused until the end of it because she wasn’t introduced at all but at the same time it’s not a huge deal i still loved the overall excerpt
