The first thing to address with this book is that is does have several adult themes such as child trafficing which may upset some readers and is defiantly for an older audience rather than a younger one. Secondly, this book has been translated from the original language (Swedish?). In my opinion it has been done really well and there was only one instance where I think something was very slightly lost in translation so kudos to the translators working on this book.
Sara has been written to be an extremely likeable character in her own right. However I did find myself getting slightly annoyed with her at times, and I don’t really think that was the main aim of the writing style but her decisions were annoying to me. ‘Geiger’ was ,however, a very well written slow burn that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. The mystery was very addicting and worth the read!
