My initial thoughts when seeing the cover and the chopped off hair were along the lines of Rapunzel/Samson - a vision of someone with power who changed.
The book itself sounds fantastic, such a gripping synopsis. The way it says a murder, or two makes me want to find out more and it's these little snippets that captivate and intrigue. I'd love to find out more about the main characters - about what they have had to over come and how they have found themselves together, living how they are.
