I am very intrigued by this. I love how vague the synopsis is, only providing the bare minimum amount of information needed for someone to be enticed. Psychological thrillers can be notorious for giving away too much in the synopsis, but this leaves much to the imagination, creates a vast collection of unanswered questions and thus makes me want to read it even more.

The cover also reflects the effective minimalism of the synopsis, with just the symbolism of the recently cut hair that, again, instantly forms questions in my mind and intrigues me even more.

'Genuine Fraud' is incredibly appealing to me, and my first impression, on top of other reviews that I have read or seen, makes me very excited to read this book.
