I never thought much of this book. From the get go you could kind of predict what was gonna happen so not much mystery there at all. The overall plot of the book had so much potential but was for me, it was ruined by the style of writing and how the story was told. I don’t doubt that her other books are greag but this one, in my opinion was just not. I couldn’t wait until i finished it and me being me, couldn’t stop reading a book half way through!
The story itself had so much build up to “the big end” but upon reaching that, it was so disappointing it wasn’t even worth waiting for.
I think the thing for me that was different as well that the book started from the end and read towards the beginning. I was so excited about this concept, thats what made me pick it up in the first place but i just feel that if it was told from the beginning instead of the end, the story could have playes out alot better.
