I have so far read every E.Lockhart novel I could find and have loved them all without exception. This book was amazing for so many reasons.

We Were Liars was undoubtedly a better book, but it doesn't discredit how good this one was. As they are two very different novels, they can't really be compared. We Were Liars was about teenagers on an island dealing with their issues while Genuine Fraud dealt with criminals and how they don't always get what they deserve.

I absolutely loved the characters in this book, they were so well-thought-out and complex. I was also fascinated by the reverse order of the chapters: the book begins at chapter eighteen and ends at chapter one, with chapter nineteen added to finish off the book.
