After reading 'We Were Liars' by E. Lockhart I just knew I had to read more of her novels! Especially after how amazing and gripping that novel was!

However, Genuine Fraud, in my opinion, wasn't all that great. I really disliked the main character and found the storyline confusing and completely boring at times.

Now usually thrillers are not my go-to novels so maybe that did not help my review for this novel, but there seemed to be more that didn't make sense than did. For example, there was no cohesive and sensical plotline throughout the novel and towards the end, I was practically begging for an 'AH HA' moment or a fun plot twist to pull us towards the finale. However, that was not the case and I was instead left staring at the final pages of the novel what in the hell had I just read...And it pains me to say I hated this book, especially after I adored 'We Were Liars'
