This book has many plot twists and is not your usual crime book. The narrator of the story is multi layered and it is about the lies she tells herself and how she has come to believe them herself. Her relationships are all based on lies. Jule was a complex character who you felt pity for at the same time as she was killing people. The book work backward starting from chapter 18 going to 1 and then having chapter 19. It explained the events in backward so you saw the events that led up to the beginning.
The book had me hooked from the very beginning and once I started I found I couldn't stop. It was quite easy to read but had violent content which was for older readers. Overall it was a great book which I very much enjoyed.
