We were liars>>>>> Genuine fraud

This was very unlike we were liars. I was expecting a similar vibe, you know that alcoholic mentally unstable rich kid on a private island kind of vibe. But this was nothing like it. Buut, we did get a mentally unstable main character, who’s “friends” with an alcoholic rich kid.
I know the characters weren’t written to be likeable (if they were Lockhart failed miserably) I never rooted for Jule, but at the same time she was written in a way that I didn’t totally hate her. Which just made me kind of don’t care. It made me not care that she lied and betrayed, and after the first couple times it wasn’t surprising anymore either.

The whole starting at the end and moving towards the beginning was interesting yes, but I definitely took some of the suspension and surprise out of it.

The end was pretty good, but I was honestly expecting a lot more from Lockhart.

I will say that all the little details that made sense in the end were nice.
