Firstly the cover is eye catching just like his other two books which I have read.
While the hero Marc Dane is no Bond he is nevertheless a great hero to read about. The stories are truly international and current considering todays criminals move in circles unknown to the common man. Intrigue, action and a hero that can be fallible against a backdrop of international criminality that spans the darkest corners of the globe.
A Bond for the current climate, possibly. A hero definitely!
