As I am not the target audience, I didn't find this engaging. Even speaking objectively, I didn't find the opening plot particularly interesting.
Lara's older brother found her diary and is blackmailing her as she used to have a crush on his friend. She then starts journalling online but what I found odd is that she was journalling whilst hanging out with her friends.
I don't mind YA fiction and even some kid's books, but I think this is too young for me.
