Grow Up, Lara Bloom is a novel aimed at pre-teen/teenage girls and deals with experiences associated with this time of life. Encountering what could be sensitive and delicate situations through the medium of books can be a very helpful way for people to address certain worries and bring them into the open, so, for this reason, I think the book could be enlightening for many of its target audience. Also, the way it is written, in a diary format, makes it a quick read and one in which the audience could feel it's moving along and involved. As I'm not part of the target audience I am having to imagine how I would feel in this situation.

The cover design is bright and impactful and I don't think anyone could fail to notice it on the book shelf. I think it would be engaging to a teenage readership and draw them in.
