This was a fun little read, i particularly enjoyed this one even though i am most definitely not the target audience for it. We join Lara Bloom, she is a young girl who has her head turned by the cute newcomer Caiden. She gives herself a makeover or as she refers to it, a glow up. She writes all her thoughts and feelings down in her online diary and we go on an adventure with Lara and her friends as they discover themselves.
i'd definitely reccomend this to teenage readers, it's fun, humorous, full of giggles and teen adventures. It does well as a young adult book and covers light hearted topics like crushes, friendships and delves deeper into topics like cyber bullying. There's definitely more to this book than meets the eye.
The cover is pretty, colourful and very eye catching, it really leaps off the shelf at you and grabs your attention.
