This book follows the lives of an Irish family.
I liked the grandmother, her character was quite typical in a way, thinking she could get her own way due to her age. She was quite funny and I would like to read more about her and learn about her life.
There wasn’t much insight into the other characters, but the sibling rivalry and fighting is something a lot of people can relate to, I know I certainly can!
This was easy to read and a bit of escapism. It isn’t my usual genre at all but I would probably read the book.
