I wasn’t impressed by this one, it is meant to be funny but had so much trouble just working out what the people were going on about as it flips from one thing to another so quickly that just couldn’t see it as funny, maybe it improves as it goes on.
What really annoys me is with so many books they just don’t seem to be proofread, so many wrong words, this one says
retreated to her dead Peter’s old sick room
Is dead meant to be dad or is someone called Peter dead? Really does pull my enjoyment of the book away.
